Little Leopards Football Action – Where It All Begins

October 30th, 2009 Admin No comments

Any great football program has a feeder program. The Louisville Little Leopards is the breeding ground for the success and the accomplishments of the Louisville Leopards. The Louisville football program is used as a model by other leagues across the country because of the repeated success of the Louisville Leopard football program.

What better place to post some Little Leopard football game action than right with the “Big” Leopards. You’ll find the Rams vs Packers and the Chiefs vs Cowboys. More great players learning the game right – soon to be coming your way on a future Friday night.

Hats off to the players, volunteer coaches, cheerleaders, cheer advisers, and parents!

Who Shoots The Action?

October 28th, 2009 Admin No comments

It’s about time I mentioned the great photographers who go to work, not only for me, but for you too. It’s not really work though. These guys actually played the game – they understand it, and they still live it and sleep it. I do too, but I can’t handle all the events by myself so I’m thankful to these guys and their talents.

So, meet Mike McCoy. He’s been shooting for me since 1997. Read more…

Game Photo Prices

October 21st, 2009 Admin No comments

I don’t seem to fit into the “normal” way of doing things. So, it’s been difficult to create and post a price list because I want to offer quantity discounts to you if you want more than three or so game photos of different image numbers. If you follow a certain player, and we all do, quantity discounts make sense. Now you can order online and still get the discounts. You’ll see discounts applied as part of the ordering process. You can also send a message with your order if you want the image cropped.

There is a $20 minimum to order online. The prices listed apply only to online orders.

Print prices are as follows if your order totals $20 to $59.
(4×5……$6.00) (5×7…..$7.00) (8×10…..$10.00)

If your photo order totals $60 to $99, use discount code GAMEPHOTO30 when you check out and we will apply a 30% discount to your print order!
That makes print prices (4×5…..$4.20) (5×7…..$4.90) (8×10…..$7.00)

If your photo order totals $100 or more, use discount code GAMEPHOTO40 when you check out and we will apply a 40% discount to your print order!
That makes print prices (4×5…..$3.60) (5×7…..$4.20) (8×10…..$6.00)

We also offer Fridge/Locker Magnet Photos…..$7.00, Photo Key Chains…..$8.00. Watch for other products to be mentioned soon. Be sure to check out our blog for more information.

Discounts codes won’t function until your order reaches the specified order total.

There is a shipping/handling fee of $6.00 plus 3.5% of your order. The checkout process will compute this, and activate your discount code, if applicable. Sorry, I am also obligated to collect sales tax.

You can email me at Rick@RickBlackPhoto.com. Use the subject heading Game Photos.

*Save money by pooling your order with a friend – if you are scrap booking you’ll save money.
*Total quantity of prints can be from the same image file number or from multiple file numbers.
*Prices are for full frame views, but if you give a description of desired cropping, we will come as close as possible.
*Include jersey number of subject.
*Include game name and image file number (if ordering offline)
*There is a $20 minimum photo order.
*If you have any difficulty ordering online, shoot me an email to Rick@RickBlackPhoto.com.

More product ideas are heading your way. I’ll talk to you later about photo key chains, fridge/locker magnets, life size repositional wall decals, and posters. Anything is likely possible, and I’ll listen to all of your ideas and suggestions. Don’t forget, Christmas is not far off.

Thanks for visiting.

More product ideas for game photos…

I’ve mentioned the single or multiple image 18 x 24 posters, and the 8×24 posters with openings for 4 images. But I got to thinking, what about smaller items. We produce photo key chains and fridge or locker magnets by the hundreds. It might be a pretty cool thing to put your favorite player’s game action photo in a photo key chain or on a fridge or locker magnet. I’m all ears if you have any ideas. Post your comments and ideas here please.

Well it’s about time I finally made the first post on this new RickBlackPhoto.com blog.  I’ve been so busy shooting and posting game photos I’m embarrassed to say I don’t even have the price list yet.  Don’t worry – it won’t be outrageous.  You should be able to see it in the next couple days.

Football action photography is definitely challenging.  I’ve been shooting football action since the early ’90s.  Hundreds of games! Read more…
